About the project
A house for families and groups of friends in a quiet residential area of Gran Alacant, close to the sea and Alicante airport. It has a pool, sea-view terraces and facilities for longer stays, including a work corner.
My role
Since 2025 we have been renting out and managing the house ourselves. It is where we tested the whole process that became Španělsko na klíč.
