About the project
A service for Czech-speaking property owners around Santa Pola, Gran Alacant and the Costa Blanca. It helps with buying and, above all, remote management: the tourist rental licence, preparation and photos, portal listings, guest communication, cleaning, guest registration and dealings with authorities and the owners’ association.
Owners see bookings and revenue in a dashboard and receive a monthly payout with a report. The service grew out of renting our own house, Casa Lískovec.
My role
I co-founded the project in 2025 and we are building it under FORECOM Solutions. I bring in what we validated on our own property and the agency’s technology background.
Why I got involved
When we started renting out our own house, we found out how much work remote management takes and how few services offer it in Czech.

What I learnedYour own experience is the strongest argument. A process that works on our property is one we can honestly offer to other owners.

The service is live and offers property management in the Costa Blanca region.
